Type your address and pick it from the list — we'll quote live courier rates for a standard parcel.
Times
- Main centres (Joburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 working days.
- Regional centres: 3–4 working days.
- Outlying / farm addresses: 4–6 working days.
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are picked the same day. After 14:00, the next working day.
Cost
Live courier rates are quoted at checkout based on your delivery postcode, parcel weight, and volumetric size. Small items typically R65–R95; larger items scale up.
Cape Town pickup
Free pickup is available from our warehouse in Salt River, Cape Town. Choose "Cape Town pickup" at checkout and we'll email you the address and pickup hours.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with the courier name and waybill number. The courier will SMS you when they're on the way.
Trouble?
If your parcel hasn't arrived after the expected window, email hello@promodeals.co.za with your order number and we'll chase it up the same day.
